He is best known for staying calm under pressure, taking end-to-end ownership, and turning messy technical problems into clear, reliable outcomes people can trust. Larry focuses on building supported teams, maintaining healthy systems, and creating experiences where technology works for people rather than against them.
His leadership style was shaped by his prior service in the U.S. Marine Corps, which instilled a steady, accountable, and mission-focused approach. Today, through Jaxn Consulting, he brings that same mindset to architecture, automation, and operational support for organizations that need a partner who can handle the details and deliver with confidence.
