Founder
I’m Larry Jackson — an IT service and operations leader who’s spent my career making complex systems feel simple, stable, and human. I’ve supported executives at Microsoft, led service teams at IBM and Remedy, and built solutions that keep global environments running smoothly.
What I’m best known for is staying calm under pressure, taking ownership end‑to‑end, and turning messy technical problems into clear, reliable outcomes people can trust. I like building teams that feel supported, systems that stay healthy, and experiences that make technology feel like it’s working for people, not against them.Before all of this, I served in the U.S. Marine Corps — an experience that shaped how I lead: steady, accountable, and always focused on the mission.
Today, through Jaxn Consulting, I bring that same mindset to architecture, automation, and operational support for organizations that need a partner who can handle the details and deliver with confidence.

I’m Kurt Bernardin, a Los Angeles-based digital creator with over a decade of experience immersed in the world of digital art. Combining creative vision with technical expertise, I bring a versatile skill set spanning 3D design, animation, art direction, and visual effects. I produce high-quality content across a wide range of projects including commercials, marketing, television shows, digital collectibles, VR, and more.
Alongside my professional work, I share my knowledge as a community college professor, mentoring aspiring artists.
My primary focus is on 3D compositing, lighting, and look development, while maintaining a strong foundation as a 3D generalist. I’m always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the field, striving to create work that is both visually stunning and emotionally impactful.
